Transpacific Access
Thanks to expanding opportunities between East Asian markets and North America, today's transpacific connectivity boom is reminiscent of the cross-pacific trade of physical goods ballooning over the last 25 years.
48% of all internet users reside in Asia. Where the emphasis was once on U.S. companies penetrating into the Asia-Pacific region, today more new demand comes from Asia-Pacific into North America, growing at twice the speed of U.S. connectivity growth into Asia.

PCCW Global

In August 2018, Colocation Northwest and PCCW Global agreed to establish a network-to-network interconnect. PCCW Global is a major Tier I carrier with extensive Asia-Pacific and international fiber routes. Users can now purchase high-throughput, low-latency transpacific connectivity directly from Colocation Northwest. Eliminate the need for additional vendors and billing.
Transpacific Cable Landings
In addition to the cross-connect with PCCW Global, Colocation Northwest can connect users with transpacific cable access points inside the Westin Building Exchange and through Hillsboro, Oregon.

Diverse Routing Options

Colocation Northwest offers several paths to PCCW Global and transpacific cable landings. We operate data centers in downtown Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue and Redmond. These facilities are either located inside the Westin Building Exchange, where Colocation Northwest and PCCW Global cross-connect, or they link to the Westin through 180 Gbps dark fiber. We maintain additional points of presence in the Bay Area, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
